Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions. If you wish to cancel your subscription contact our customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide KhanWebHost PVT LTD with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state/county, zip/post code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise KhanWebHost PVT LTD to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, KhanWebHost PVT LTD will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
a. KhanWebHost reserves the right to terminate service at any time. If an account is terminated for a policy violation, there will be no refund.
b. Customers can cancel service pursuant to the terms of their contract by email or through the portal. Only authorized contacts/individuals can cancel an account. Unless the client specifies a termination date, accounts will be terminated upon notice.
c. Unless otherwise specified in the terms of the client’s contract and for all month-to-month services, cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service renewal date; furthermore, if service is cancelled with less than 7 days remaining before the scheduled service renewal, the service will renew for 1 additional month automatically. Alternatively, your service will be disconnected/suspended at 11:59 p.m. (PKT) the day it is due, and your account will be assessed a $5 disconnect fee.
d. Cancellation requests must be submitted via the KhanWebHost client area by selecting “Request Service Cancellation” from the left navigation and submitting the cancellation form for the services being discontinued.
e. Refund policies (above) strictly apply to all cancelled accounts.
f. If an account is cancelled due to non-payment, KhanWebHost reserves the right to delete contents without notice and re-provision the server.
KhanWebHost provides a 3-day money-back guarantee for shared, reseller, and VPS accounts. The following are eligibility requirements for the money-back guarantee. Customers must meet all eligibility requirements to qualify for the refund as per our money-back guarantee:
- -You have not been a customer of KhanWebHost in the past.
- -You have applied for a refund within 3 days from the moment the service was delivered.
- -It is only possible to request a refund if you are using the service for the first time. If you used the service in the past (and applied for a refund), a second refund is not possible.
- -Abuse or misuse has not occurred on your service (see "Account Security and KhanWebHost Systems," "CPU, Bandwidth, and Disk Usage").
- -You have not initiated a dispute or chargeback.
- -If you made payment twice mistakenly, the second or other payments or transactions will be added as a credit balance in your account. It will not be refunded.

KhanWebHost PVT LTD reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, website, or blogs that contain offensive, obscene, hateful, malicious content or any other reason.
With a WordPress based website, client will independently edit or update his or her web pages after completion of the site, unless otherwise agreed upon in this agreement by client and KhanWebHost PVT LTD. If anyone other than KhanWebHost PVT LTD attempts to update the web site and damages the design or impairs the ability for the web pages to display or function properly, time to repair the web pages will be assessed at an hourly rate of £50+vat per hour beyond the time allotted in the monthly care plan. There is a one-hour minimum.
KhanWebHost PVT LTD, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
KhanWebHost PVT LTD will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
. Your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our backup service runs daily and saves 7 backups. Only one week of backups are kept at a time. This service is provided as a courtesy and may be modified or terminated at our sole discretion. We make no guarantees about the availability of these backups.

All website designs and templates belong to KhanWebHost PVT LTD and may not be used elsewhere unless the design was originally owned by the customer. We provide a managed service and full admin access of the wordpress website is not provided as we take care of all maintenance and updates.
KhanWebHost PVT LTD reserves the right to change package options and pricing at anytime and without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, contact us and we will send you your cancellation form to complete.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
